wifi blocked me from me frm some sites that seemed a bit odd

great to be able to book a twin room for our teenage kids, seemed really hard to find in new york

this is new york ( our double room had an amazing view and was quite a bit bigger which the kids were jealous

there was no wifi, or coffee in the room.

love the spa water, it did run out a few times, however.

spa staff definitely need training / management. breakfast options are underwhelming.

i didn't know there was a gym and was delighted there was one

i was able to cook comfortably in the kitchenette and there were great markets available in just a few-minutes

upgrade, bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, laundry and exercise room, very friendly and helpful

laundry service was limited as hotel was using it when we wanted to use it and shuttle service

it serves pastries for breakfast and offers drinks and snacks in rooms

sad that the spa was not open

the hotel had opened only about 6-8 months before, they had not yet completed the spa or workout room

this is just a very nice hotel. the gym/spa was great! lots of nice places to eat in the area.

booking listed a exercise & spa facility; there sas only massage at night by appointment not a gym and no staem

nothing in the apps nor their website or even the hotel lobby is telling me that the spa is closed nor where
