spa facilities were excellent

the spa was brilliant and the room was so comfy and luxurious. it was a splendid stay.

had a complaint about the spa which was immediately looked into and i was provided with a refund, great

we didn't book a longer stay or make use of the spa / gym facilities.

spa was closed during our stay rendering all the facilities unusable like the gym and sauna etc

the gym and spa were great but the underside of the steam room benches was a bit grubby.

a little note saying that gym locker needs a 1 deposit should be stated on the information slip you give out

the spa is incredible and it was so relaxing to enjoy the various treatments i booked (my advice is

was on day of arrival we were desperate for a meal when we arrived but had to go elsewhere as bar and restaurant

was perfect, however as the hotel allow pets, i thought there will be a designated area for them outside, however

very dog friendly, our dog stayed in the room with us and sat in the bar with us in the evenings while we ate
