we had a spa day on arrival and the team sorted a slight miscommunication so efficiently that it had no

during my stay, decorators were painting the exterior and for some reason set up their coffee bar on the table

the re stocking of the tea tray in the room missing a couple of items, we told the bar staff and it was replenished

the food was outstanding, the staff were impeccable, and the spa was to die for

facilities on site were excellent from the spa to the swimming pool

stay and family room was very spacious and very clean

have loved it if the spa was included in the price or could just pay once for 24 hours pass

had a private spa (hot tub, sauna, shower, lounge and garden area) you could book for two hours and loads of

whilst i didn't use all the facilitates there, such as the spa and escape room, these facilities were there

stayed in a suite with a spa bath and a funny balcony come sun room which was lovely

excellent service very helpful and friendly staff wonderful room with spa bath and balcony

had a problem with the spa bath which left us without hot water for a while which was a little upsetting for us
