very friendly & efficient, leisure facilities were excellent with towels provided for use with spa and pool

we were going to go to the spa but it was a bit disjointed you had to go outside to get in there

staff - left waiting quite some time to order drinks in the bar; bed needs a mattress topper and spa bath wasn

however we were unable to order room service snacks after 5 pm and the local pub didn t serve bar snacks or

i found there to be plenty of on-site parking

the waiting staff were all lovely, but, as the bar was not 'manned' on either night, i did need to go hunting
