did not use the pool, but it was available

breakfast was good considering the circumstances of the pandemic

service was poor, i had the rooms got two days and never saw room service

about 20 kids were running up and down the hall being terribly loud when we first got there

the gym had many cardio options, which was wonderful

beautiful building and a great stay! the bar and patio were lovely!

the gym needed attention and was small.

the inability to self park and no gym were drawbacks.

the pool was cold, but not too cold for kids to enjoy.

we had a lovely delicious dinner at the bar and an excellent breakfast the following morning

to the tobacco company, as well as offering its own fun porch for breakfast and lunch, a small gym, and a pool

the bathroom in room was tooo small and i could not log in to wifi

room we stayed in must of had a pet because there was pee right in front of the bathroom

the spa needed some cleaning (sands at the bottom

our room was clean and spacious

hot tub was not hot or bubbly. i would have liked a little spa time after a long day driving.

due to the spa being at a great temperature, i was expecting the pool water to be a nice temperature as well

the pool/ spa was wonderful. beds are comfy. great spot for out of towners on a budget.

the overall cleanliness, awesome breakfast and excellent wi-fi for internet connection.

nothing works, the laundry room machines don't work, most times the key card will not work

the amount of pets allowed in 1 room.
