pool and activities are really a lot of fun

kids loved the bunk beds to sleep in, the game room at the lodge and of course, the heated pool

there is no strong wifi connection and has no phone network problem.

wifi was really spotty.

no chairs. bathroom and shower too tight. parking on the road not safe.

also a nice little fireplace with chairs around it

the location is convenient . wifi is good . their yard is nice .

pool, beach, cabin, and patio of cabin were all excellent

large cottage with fireplace and plenty of stacked seasoned wood ready to go!

close to the village and easy access to the north-way. enjoyed swimming in the pool.

bed was wonderful, great spa tub and bathroom, all very clean

the double size spa tub was so relaxing

we had to rush to eat our breakfast and had a little time left to enjoy the scenery

great views,great friendly atmosphere. loved the breakfast.

also liked having a parking spot reserved

we loved cabin #8, you have the view of the pool right in front, got to go for an early swim in the morning,

& might want to turn the pool into a heated pool because it was freeeezing

great for families, pool area was nicely kept, and close to all cabins

the cabin was just right. loved having the firepit and a pool!

the pool area was very pretty

it was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with flowers and an anniversary greeting

heat is only a small electric fireplace in the livingroom

the pool says it s heated but it was freezing.

pool is clean rooms are clean everything was comfortable

we love the rooms, the cleanliness, staff and definitely love the pool

good value, walk to center of town, large pool.

parking when leaving always a car blocking tight squeeze to get around one way exit

wifi was terrible, no access to the beach, only 10 channels on the tv

light didn t work , wifi didn t work we were with 4 other couples and it didn t work for them either, for

walking out of the parking lot we were across from the lake

we especially love that this place has an indoor pool which my kids love

best of all is my kids were really happy with everything and having a pool indoors is excellent

the kids enjoyed the heated pool, playscape, ping pong table, fire pit

only complaint is that the wifi didn t work

we had a great time loved the pool beds a little uncomfortable though.

kitchenette layout was not well done or very useable

private beach ,kayaks, paddle boards and pool

renovation was nice, but our room layout was a bit awkward and the kitchenette wasn t real useable

was an issue with the spa tub and the shower spewed water all over the floor

very little parking after 9pm

laundry bags in the rooms or coffee available in the lobby, however there was coffee in the room

tiki bar is only open on friday, saturday, sunday

we were not told that room service had to be requested

i booked my room i was supposed to have a spa or hot tub in my room that did not happen, i was disappointed

no spa tub or fireplace in our room. i will check more closely next time.

we had brought our swimsuits and robes but we found the location of the pool/spa too far so we didn t bother

com it described the room as being with a mountain view but we got parking lot view with a little bit of mountains

i called and asked for an early check in and they got our room cleaned right away so we could

early check in and moved us from the second floor to the first floor

for money - full scale breakfast and indoor pool/ spa is definitely a plus for the price we

we are dinner and breakfast there which made are stay easy

will like to recall three things that outstand during my stay: - breakfast is amazing - hotel location is great

breakfast on second day was missing some amenities, however, it was room service

breakfast was great. the gal working that morning was very helpful and personable

there was unbearable noise coming from the karaoke at the hotels bar till around 9:30 pm so i couldn t put

also the hot tub/indoor pool area closes at 8

the room,the ease of having the trolly to go everywhere, the pool and jacuzzi and the friendly people that run

had hard time with wifi unable to connect in am

wifi was awful we couldn't even search for restaurants

i also liked the pool and the lounge room although a bit more cleanliness wouldn t hurt, the atmosphere

uncomfortable they breakfast was beyond cheap if your looking for a place to stay with younger kids this isn

pool is really big, and the area to hang out at is so nice

card in room stated how to report human trafficking, but no info for pool hours or spa hours etc

it had a spa and pool and didn t have either and also said the tickets came with the amusement park as

were alot of advertised activities on the website that is no longer available like spa and gym which would be

the spa wasn't open, there wasn't a place to get coffee after 5...the bar wasn't open.

we were on the 1st floor, we enjoyed being super close to the pool area

the main house where the breakfast room and wine bar are located is a beautiful large house with the original

the pool spa was not operating while we where there. would have been nice to use the hottub

we did not have choose if we do what the kids want or the parents :) there is a beach, pool, mini golf, live

we loved the pool and all the activities they had.

outside the lodge, lots of different outdoor activities, like golf, netball, chess , swimming by the lake or

parking is a nightmare couldn't find our room, helpers looked at us like we had three heads
