large comfy bed lovely spa bath beautiful setting and friendly staff

the wifi did not work

we asked for something off the main menu and something from the room service menu, to be served to the table

the rooms were comfortable & clean, the staff were polite & friendly & there was ample parking.

staff throughout the whole weekend were fantastic - check in desk, spa staff and especially the restaurant staff

struggled to get beds at the spa on both days, but it could easily have been because we went over a very busy

the spa facilities first rate most of all the atmosphere of warm calm dispels, stress and worry

might have been nice to have some body/hand cream in the spa changing rooms, but that s a tiny point

brand new accommodation breakfast left for us i left some items and they were very kind and posted back to my

priced dinner by an open fire, comfy, wide double bed, friendly service, tasty vegetarian breakfast which included

only negative side for me would be the wifi is terrible and there was no o2 mobile reception there at all

room was spacious and quiet and had everything we needed, including sun loungers out side the room

unfortunately all the extra treatments in the spa were fully booked during our stay so book ahead

would be perfect if the spa pool could be a separate area

rooms had slight evidence that they needed an overhaul, the locker room in the spa had many broken lockers

lovely modern room and great to have use of spa facilities.

place has a spa facility, next time around will make time available to use them

whether the planned redevelopment will upgrade the hotel but losing the pool and spa may not work if the boutique

historic building, great value with benefit of spa facilities

the complementary access to the spa was a great bonus
