hotel should have a 5 star rating, but apparently to achieve this, they need to provide spa facilities

didn't bother me but wifi is not very fast in the room but fine in downstairs seating area

coaches blocking car parking bays and access

large parking lot so you can leave your car and take bus into cork which we recommend

i would have loved if the hotel had a spa treatment room.

the room was spacious, clean and comfortable

we also had a half day pamper the spa was excellent

spa was fully booked when we arrived. couldn't get in the friday or sat. morning.

we got massages the following morning in the spa and i the facilities were outstanding, will definitely stay
