the pool and spa was amazing

spa was cracking and very modern

sure that i was given correct brekfast times and spa opening time, becuase both were already busy when i went

the bar was fantastic everyone was really friendly

was some noise from the bar to our bedroom, however the owner had warned us and, to be fair, we fell asleep

bar had a great atmosphere and again staff welcoming and friendly

and the breakfast was 5*

even a welcome sign on the desk with note to go to bar if no one on reception would be good

available first aid box in swim area,as needed a dressing due to an injury and spa reception staff not available

location with free off street parking is ideal for visiting pitlochry for the enchanted forest

it was really hot in the hotel and not much choice in food for kids.

the pool, spa and rooms were perfect, very accommodating for the dog as well

evening meal, the building is beautiful and staff are fantastic, it's a short walk to pitlochry, spa and swimming

excellent value, lovely room with nice views, great breakfast, fantastic spa and dog-friendly

location and being able to use spa next door is fab
