we really enjoyed the spa treatments we had

i loved all of it they really made my vacation special and the spa was amazing

the pool was divine and we had a great experience

the pool spa was out of service for the entire stay

the food did not overwhelm; the option of room service was less than impressive

my toddler loved the hens in the garden and the birds at breakfast

breakfast was always good, a nice variety of items from which to choose, and very friendly staff

but you don't get access to your room until after 5, which i didn't like, especially when u have kids with u

despite advertising as a spa resort there was no spa in operation (not sure why)

fact that they close the pool at 6

the breakfast was great and i will definitely recommend to friends and family

the bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading, the breakfast needs more options.

the double bed rooms are spacious and have everything you need - microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine

the spa service was deplorable. the prices in the brochure were doubled and the staff rude.

the pool was well designed and kid friendly

there was no mini bar as advertised, although we would not have used it

parking was a little difficult. wifi on the fire tv kept sticking.

the parking is horrible your stay can be marred with an additional cost by vehicular damages

the place was over priced, poor wifi and in need of a upgrade it was just old to me.

the pool was nice and the views was to die for especially on the deck

you also have access to the pool and and there are enough deck chairs

laundry done which was outrageously expensive

shower needs upgrading, food was a bit salty, only discovered the kids menu on or second to last night, when

it also has parking

the pool was cleaned everyday and the beach area was quite peaceful

having meals included but we would have liked more local options plus a longer dining time for breakfast for

lovely view from the room, access to private beach and a great pool

few niggles with check in and the spa (not hot) but good value.

the wifi was not connecting at all.

a highlight for our kids was the swimming pool which they loved

the pool for adults and also being accommodated for the littlest child d swing

wifi was unstable. unable to view live tv and you tube and netflix kept buffering.

explained it to us also everyone is seated so closely together even though there is so much space
