come from out of town from hussling and alwaya on the go, so this was cozy, the pool and campfire

oh and there's a decently sized pool--had a nice swim the morning we checked out

the room had a spa which made our journey much more relaxing

also no wifi

was no ac and it says free wifi but you don t have wifi in your room and there is bad cell service

wifi was not available in the room and the tv was not working

the spa package is a great deal, with or without getting any extra treatments, and the convenience of

include the spa cost in the room rate - charging g extra just irritates a bit.

our car got stuck and they offered to let us stay in their lovely spa area which was very generous of them

it is a private room - spa like - which you book a 1hr time slot for, and it is immaculate

we also booked the shimmer spa and relaxation room and had a relaxing afternoon after hiking

nice spa area pool, jacuzzi, steam room. comfortable room.

spa was very disappointing the massage therapists were great however there were no amenities like

we also used the spa services and had a relaxing experience

access to the slopes, ski storage pool and spa opened late

hotel had bar & restaurant on site - good food

also no spa facilities - you have to go elsewhere in the town to book a massage etc

first room we were given had amazing windows everywhere, but overlooked the parking lot where everyone was coming

also, in one occasion, the staff left our front door unlocked after they delivered a kitchen necessity while

location, beautiful wooded grounds w waterfall, separated cabins , easy check in / out, parking available for

our cabin was beautiful and our family felt super comfortable there (2 kids, 8 and 5)

my husband also went to the golf course down the street

cell service on the whole mountain is pretty weak; the property did have high-speed wifi, though

sofa bed had a huge dead fly and pet hair everywhere

welcome instructions included access code for gym, no signage for gym

there is a refrigerator but no other form of a kitchenette which was missing

room was very comfortable, the bed - is like stadium :) but the spa bath with special salt impressed us much

staff was awesome! coffee machine was good. distance to spa and book store and skiing good.

the rooms are gorgeous and spacious

spa tub was a lie jets did not work making this amenity which necessitates a king suite purchase

after i gave the room i mention that is not fair to give it back so early when room was ready so late

the pool was wonderful, the area beautiful.

you are looking for a bare minimum at a high cost, this place is for you

not sure if the restaurant / bar in the lodge is usually open they were just doing a bbq and bar outside up

fireplace, sauna, green lawn, good vibes, what more can you ask for

we arrived late and they kept the bar open a little longer for so we could all hang out with our friends who

issue was cell phone service , not the best so i recommend using the gps in the car, maps, and wifi at the

nature spa amenities were not available for use even though they were explicitly listed as available

there is a nice bar that is on the honor system every night except fridays, when they offer pizza from a food

about the staff, location, property, bar and breakfast were excellent

we were there during a blackout caused by a huge storm, the host lined the bar with candles and provided everyone

they were still waiting for their licence when we got there but did have mini bar in the room and the hot

distance between the parking/dining and lodging has a bit of a hill and is difficult for people with limited

we wished that room service was an option

i ve got 2 young kids myself so i have a bit of experience on both side of this

bath house was nice, i feel it could have been a bit bigger, the outdoor pool definitely should be kept running

there are firepits and fireplaces around but the staff wouldn't provide smores kits outside of restaurant hours
