pool and spa wasn't running until the day before check out

was always wet footprints from the pool into the elevator making the floor a little slippery

even the breakfast & area were beyond our expectations

we have been using the hotel as little spa days with my mom and sister

weather was very nice but the pool was horrendous and extremely dirty

no grits for breakfast

also they provided pay to use laundry facilities but wouldn t make changes at the front desk or have any soap

we ordered the room with the jacuzzi spa which we did not use, i wish the jacuzzi spa was larger it was the

nice spacious room with private balcony and spa tub

spa is getting a new heater so bad today but good next time i stay.

i also visited the canyon ranch spa and had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience

the valet parking staff was exceptional, the food and bar service was very good

the bar on the top played extremely loud music and people congregated in the hall outside rooms kept us

spa taped off like a crime scene

it was well appointed with a full kitchen, desk and couch all in excellent condition

about the hotel was great the room was great had a kitchenette and it was close to a lot of stuff you can walk

is fantastic, kitchen and separate living space is wonderful for a family with young kids

we liked that a laundry room was available

the wifi worked but would disconnect me every 3 minutes and

no pool

here on my way to houston, easily accessible from the highway plenty of parking so was able to park my car in

non-smoking room smelled like smoke w/ ashes on the phone; telephone didn t work; many repairs needed

a spa treatment. lol

pool was decent and walking distance of everything i needed to do

it was a long walk to sundance square for the kids. not a big deal for adults.

bed was very comfortable and there was a good selection at breakfast

ghetto people were smoking pot and drinking heavily by the pool with kids present

everything was excellent about this place. kids had fun swimming and quiet place as well.

i was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated.

awesome restaurant, bar and live entertainment

everything about the property was fabulous. the room, pool, lobby and staff were exceptional!

we had such an amazing time in the backyard and in the pool

the hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. happy the pool was open til 10pm. we loved it!
