spa and pool area

the kids loved the pool area especially,very clean too

they even had a nice little bar with a little bit of food for the menu to fill us up after a long day

depending on time of day it took a bit to get out of parking lot

didn t like strangers being able to hang out in the lobby and parking lot with the front desk people

the spa bath tub

breakfast was awesome so was the price we enjoyed the spa tub

the spa tub can be cleaned a little better, check out at 11am instead of 12

room was spacious and comfortable

bed was very comfortable and the jetted spa tub was amazing

bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. most of all the room was clean.

the staff was extremely friendly and i love that there s a gym

parking was limited and on a busy street to get out of.

two of the handicapped parking signs had additional signs that read, owner assumes risk

even the outside parking lot and all was clean

the only thing i can say good about this room was the spa tub.

the room itself was clean and enjoyed a nice soak in the spa tub

we got into the room the comforter had several large burn holes in a non-smoking room and the spa tub had stains

noisy neighbors that kept me from sleeping, very worn-out room that smelled like cigarettes and pet odors

what i mean by the comment is that it took several calls and several days to book the spa along with the room

spa and steakhouse on site

spa was a delight

my wife used the spa

thoughtful details throughout the property like padded lingerie hangers in closets, soft spa robes

but they did not we were awakened every morning by what we think was weights being dropped in the gym below us

i wish that the tasting bar and the lobby bar had been open

the pool was a decent size

room service options and menus are limited

my kids enjoyed the atmosphere

pool was closed, hot tub was closed even though i called ahead and specifically chose this hotel

hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and though i was a little unwell and couldn't go to the pool, the photos

everything! absolutely the nicest hotel i ve ever been in and the pool area was spectacular!

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

our kids particularly liked the interactive exhibit by the elevators

of a kind experience with very interesting art all around and best bourbon tasting bar on main street

no restaurant and no room service. no explanation as to why it was closed.

great staff! fabulous rooms, breakfast, artwork. so much fun!!!

the shops, restaurants, coffee shop and gym are so

no pots/pans/dish soap/towels in kitchen

we spent the same amount at merrells whiskey kitchen and had drinks and appetizers there

had to take the steps a few times but that wasn't a bad thing since we couldn't make it to the gym didn't have

space in the double queen suite it was like a one bedroom apartment. the gym was nice also.

and the spa tub is worth the money

room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

guests just 3 flights of stairs that were covered in what i can only hope was dog pee, parking was scarce,

barely enough parking 2) pretty run down a) old/stained towels & bedding b) old mattress & pillows c)

the restaurants are bad, the spa has no personnel, the gym is substandard and the elevators are out of order

also the spa was really relaxing

the walkway was not working and the pool and spa was closed

charged a resort fee when the pool and spa are shut down for long term major construction work

was good other than the pool and spa was closed due to construction

breakfast was disappointing for a comfort suites

they dont have breakfast

the breakfast was simply awful

was in our price range, but you get what you pay for. breakfast was offered.
