the spa tub

no hot water roaces the spa tub was dirty only two towels

charged me for a smoke smell in a only non smoking offered spa room

pool water was green, hallways smelled strange

there was not a breakfast that came complimentary

spa wasn t working!!!

kids running thru lobby & running outside my room & playing on elevators, seems as though they were

were very disappointed about the breakfast, all we wanted was coffee after a long night with the kids above us

heard the kids upstairs above us running like elephants until almost midnight the first night

kids absolutely loved the pool and spa

the spa tub was great once i finally got into the room that i booked that had it.

there was no breakfast

their pool is open 24 hours... that's the only thing that keeps me coming back, i assure you!

to pays extra for 2rooms my booking included kitchen/manager wouldn't abide by it said it was extra very rude

the pool was very small

everything was good except the morning breakfast and that's only cause of the corvid-19.

the check-in went quickly and smoothly and our king suite was clean and comfortable and wifi was good

the only problem was the fact that the kitchen in our suite had no cooking utensils

a what do ever or offered a different room then charged us for the room an 20 per night for pet an then two
