for a spa suite but the spa did not work, the tub did fill but no jets

was a wedding going on one night and then a weekly bus tour group which took over the entire spa with 16 to 20

hot water was barely hot for the spa tub

was fantastic for kids and adults and great access to yosemite and steam railway

the spa tub in our suite was very romantic

we had dinner at idle hour wine & kitchen right there on the property both nights we stayed here

staff was amazing due to covid fireplace wasn't working waiting on parts

property is in great location, it is clean, a lot of parking and there s an area to park near the rooms

free parking was very convenient

breakfast can be better , not everyone eats pork .

pool wasn't heated

now for the southgate hotel, there was free breakfast, parking and even a washing machine and dryer

the indoor pool and spa were a great way to relax

wifi is poor and inability to drink at the bar if it s too busy - you can sit at the bar but

the room was bigger than expected, the pool was relaxing, staff was awesome, and the location was perfect

would highly recommend it nice green areas, clean and ample rooms, pet friendly and really friendly staff

our room was spacious, good wifi and great shower pressure

the pool and spa was great and we liked the extra security (upon checking in and going up to our level to show

beds were comfy, bath tub was great size, and view was beautiful from our room, and pool/spa is amazing

my husband used the spa locker room, but felt staff wasn't welcoming

the spa therapists were so nice and did an amazing job

is what you d want for a lodge, big burning fireplace (outside), large lounge, access to spa amenities, use

robes were provided to use the spa, we went to the sauna and steam room, the spa facilities felt very luxurious

lodge type hotel, very elegant interiors, great spa and pools, hot tubs

everything was very clean and there was good wifi

no cable and the wifi was not able to keep up with demand.

the coffee cups were still dirty from the last guest and the parking lot was full of holes that i ended up

bookings confirmation said i had a room with a private entry, a spa bath, two beds, and a fireplace

owner/operators, comfortable and clean, close to the lake and everything in shaver, and the spa tub was so nice

paid for a spa room with a tub and got the only room with a shower

bathroom had a spa tub, and lovely amenities like fancy soap, and shampoo & conditioner

one thing to note: we have a 170 sprinter van, and parking was a real challenge

& spa were closed for maintenance

breakfast was boring, pool/spa was below average

45 pm for my room as it wasn t ready for check in time and the spa pool was not working and full of

good location for local dining. spa pool very nice in afternoon with the fall leaves.

& swimming pool / spa were great after a long hot day walking

location, a bit crowded on parking lot, lounge was nice and cozy

parking is away from the tent (which is perfect as it means no car traffic in camp) but car needs

you now pay us$30/ day for vehicle parking

wifi never really worked

the buffet dinner was excellent and the bar had great food too

i was a little surprised to see the shuttle bus fee was build in the price for the room and we didn't even use

mandatory valet parking
