were upgraded to the harborside hotel spa & marina

allowed early check in

laundry room was in the main building, we stayed in the stand alone building, we had to walk

wifi was not superb wonderful. need to do something better.

the spa could have been hotter

called the spa on sat on extension. left message to call my cell , but i never got a call

spa was not available when i arrived so i missed out on that

spa and pool facilities were great (especially the steam room after a long day on the road)

hotel is just slightly far away from the center of town, but the island shuttle is free, frequent, and reliable

was a great location, just feet from the heart of bar harbor

it was conveniently located in downtown bar harbor near shops and restaurants and the land bridge to bar island

grab bar in shower.

waking up to the water views in the morning, and having easy walking distance access to downtown bar harbor

breakfast offered the next morning was devine

the breakfast was delicious, and the host was informative, delightful and accommodating

location, decor, staff was exceptional, breakfast and afternoon treats were delicious, parking

thought the spa tub would be bigger

loved everything from the king bed to the sheets to the fireplace to the private porch to the awesome cook and

king size bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need including a lobster pot, the resort

the climate pool, the game room, etc when it's raining or you want to rest it is a interesting point

house was very comfortable, lots of towels for use at pool

it was nice to have a working kitchen and so much space

i liked the roominess. two bedrooms gave us more privacy. the spa tub was very good.

was a bit dated and the spa bath did not work

we loved preparing our own meals, the spa bath to ease sore muscles and the comfy bed

there's probably not enough volume in the tank for a hot spa bath, but we didn't try

location, spa tub, if you could fill it kept going cold could not get enough hot water

my kids were so disappointed

the hotel is easy to find with easy access from the road and plenty of free parking

walls are thin so if you're unlucky you might be disturbed by a noisy neighbor's pet

the breakfast included waffles which my daughter liked
