pool spa facilities weren t able to use all due to covid

was unfortunately one member of staff at the spa desk who wasn t friendly or helpful was such a shame as

staff are very friendly, spa was amazing, food class, room was just ok as we had no veiw

the staff were very welcoming and friendly. pool, spa and gym were very good indeed.

used the spa facilities whilst on our break, we however could only use the jacuzzi and sauna room because we

room service breakfast was all wrong and resturant did not charge for food even though they were

comfortable bed, good wifi, good range of toiletries, good view, staff very helpful

to take your luggage up to the room all the staff were friendly and professional and the spa never felt crowded

we loved using the spa

clean and comfortable room. very friendly and helpful staff. loved the the pool and spa area.

there would have been a nice gym and spa too, but i didn't bring any gear for that

highly recommend a stay here and the spa is the best i've been

we also loved the wellness spa which is a mix of indoor and outdoor experiences

next time we will visit the spa as i heard some great reviews about how relaxing it was

the food and spa were exceptional. really enjoyed both

the spa is newly opened and perfect way to relax with thermal suite, outdoor hot tubs and relaxing
