the bar is a bit gloomy.

wifi in our room at the back of the hotel was intermittent but was very good in the restaurant

was no wifi in the room

courtyard restaurant, friendly staff, easy to find, very convenient, good parking, wifi good except one short

the wifi was poor. it only connected for 5 minutes at a time

and small hotel in a small spa town

it is situated in the middle of this small and classy spa town, within easy reach of the attractions

good lively restaurant and good food and bar facilities

the decor of the bar and restaurant is really welcoming and well appointed

free parking is much appreciated especially as the hotel is so central in this little spa town

we were amazed when we arrived in bagnoles, it's a beautiful spa town, not huge but has many restaurants and

located in the centre of this lovely little spa town, this hotel was ideal for my nostalgic visit

lake, casino and spa facilities make this an idyllic base for exploring this part of normandy

reception closed early until 8 am and no one around for the bar or restaurant

location - room with spacious terrace furnished with two deck-chairs and table with beautiful view of the lake

hotel - spa great, breakfast good and wonderful scenery around

we did not tke advantage of the pool or spa treatments but will on a future date

this time of year it was mainly elderly people staying for spa treatments

it wasn't, in my opinion, clearly stated that the hotel was in a separate area than the spa etc

spa services can be improved, but it has nothing to do with the resort itself.

and the kids pool was separate to the main pool so we didn t feel that we were ruining anyones spa

hotel is near the spa and is reasonably placed for the rest of the town

free parking was a bonus

great location and pool/jacuzzi was amazing

location for the town and park walk opposite, easy parking, our dog was made very welcome at all times, a

park is a little way from the hotel with luggage to carry as it hard to find parking at the entrance on the road

the spa baths available in rooms are an unnecessary addition to the bathrooms

super bar and fabulous breakfast room

good coffee and the free coffee machine wasn t so good but forget that and get a coffee at the bar in the

adequate car parking

the property was a home from home hotel, with games, gym and lovely grounds
