long wait time at pizza, pools are not clean

wild dunes, the boardwalk and pools are great for the kids to run around and play

in lobby was beautiful and updated, pool was heated and my kids could enjoy it, although it was still a bit cold

bar was nice but for the price needed a little more

restaurants and specifically the pool bar needs to stay open later-watch the timing

i believe it is an insult to customer not to provide spa services up front

grout seemed moldy in places, concierge/ front desk unable to assist with dinner reservations/spa appointments

there is a cute gym in the hotel, not very big but had everything i needed

also, serving breakfast in one of the restaurants, other than room service, would be ideal
