the jets in the spa tub didn't work

enjoyed the spa tub and the balcony

spa tub was so comfortable after a long day at work.

staff wouldn't let us go swimming at all. my kids where get upset

the security guard came into the pool area and said the kids had to get out

spa was closed when i was there

the room and showers and the spa is amazing

the room is very well appointed. loved the sauna and spa area.

enjoyed the friendly staff! room service & the spa was an added bonus.

sold a reservation by you for a spa/jacuzzi honeymoon suite and there wasn t even a tub let alone a spa or

children running wild in the hallways and pool/spa area

were clean, comfy bed, close location to casino and outlet mall

breakfast waffles were good. room very clean bed and pillows were very comfortable

the late check out time at 12 noon

taxi was quick and efficient, casino awesome, shopping wonderful

we were looking forward to using the spa bath and it was quite dirty looking so we didn t

the spa covid protocol was very frustrating, and the night manager was very rude

i also like that you had to make appointments to use the pool and fitness

limited options if you take juice no coffee and vise versa, that was not very practical for us, kids got

coffee bar was not well staffed

the soap bar gave my boyfriend a small rash around his eyes

the continental breakfast was great, lots of hot of food & variety

was very unsatisfied due to the fact that i had two of my kids come see me and because they were too loud okay

personally, am not much of a swimmer however, the pool was out of order for the duration of my stay

being pet friendly, there was no pet area to walk or go with your pet except parking lot and some rocks

there were only 5 cars in the parking lot

wifi is not working

we arrived too late to use the pool and green space but

was promised wifi and there was none

decide to repave during our visit was given no notice was no parking had to walk to hotel room from nearby

nice pool and spa but we could not use

the shower valve handle set screw was loose. the spa was not hot enough.

complimentary breakfast was excellent compared to similar class hotels

pool could use a makeover

no shuttle from/to airport.
