during a flu pamdemic this was really stressful and having two young kids under the age of 4 this wasn't what

long walk to my room from parking lot.

my car got stolen in the parking lot

the staff was very rude to my kids

the hotel pool and spa was closed and that s one of the reasons we chose this location.

huge room that was spotless. great gym. nice food. very attentive, friendly staff.

room service food was delicious upscale but on an affordable price

having 2 rooms so the kids could stay up and we could sleep was perfect

the pool was wonderful, food choices around the hotel ideal, and zero noise at night

pool was cold and the spa had been drained which was disappointing as we had hoped to use it.

bathtub, beds were hard. spa was broken and that why i rented this hotel.

drove 600 miles that day and wanted to relax in spa and let kiddo play

spa wasn't working, which we needed after a long drive.

very easy to find and really small parking lot not well lit did not feel safe going from my truck to the door

i liked the spa & bar area.

jacuzzi / spa tub wasn t working

on the way to breakfast we met chef d who accommodated our food restrictions while jd and bernadette kept our

particular staff i can't remember his name but he welcomed my kids at 12 am with complimentary candy and let

omg. the breakfast menu choices were beyond my expectations. the food was delicious.

our kids loved the indoor pool and mini golf.

pet friendly was great! fridge microwave were great coffee was fantastic inroom

the kids loved the pool and the mini golf so we stayed for an extra night

much noise, kids knocking doors and yelling in the hallway late night, staff didn't say anything to them

the pool/spa were also really nice after a long day of traveling

i liked the sitting room as well as the sleeping area. pool and spa were great.

only complaint i had is that i was really looking forward to the hot tub/spa but unfortunately it was out of

i love to swim but the pool is too cold and the spa too hot
