love staying at this hotel however it states that there s a game room, a pool and a spa, however, there is no

my husband and i went to the pool and spa at 9:30 at night there was a young couple had a speaker hooked up to

my room was not made up the first morning and the pool/spa was out of commission.

i loved the spa jet bath, the quietness, the staff, the location & the cleanliness.

paid 250% for a spa tub room and the tub just spit out black gross stuff from the jets

upgraded our room to a king suite with spa tub

spa tub had dead skin coming out the jet so i ever used it that was the reason for booking

stayed in the king spa room it was terrific

the breakfast wasn't longer

not be available and that was one of the main things we were looking forward to doing with our kids

breakfast was great, with tons of options

kids still got wet, little cold, but it s winter time breakfast- eggs were burning in warmup

room is beautiful and clean and breakfast is excellent.

booked this hotel for family getaway but my kids was unable to use the swimming pool and room wasn't clean daily

person working in the breakfast area was very rude she stood in front of the food area so we had to get around

the kitchen really helped make our stay comfortable and easy

sure when it's going to come in at all so that sucked we did get to go into the pool with our kids

spa rooms are perfect for a parents get-a-way from the kids

having a laundry room available free of charge was unexpected and appreciated
