given wrong direct contact number for shuttle service

manager lucia is excelent she help us in everthing and she was wonderful with the kids

waterpark area of the pool area 4 kids could us a nice paint job

spa was closed for renovations, which was a major disappointment

there was a spa advertised but that was closed years ago they told me

kitchen missing basics- spatula, napkins, paper towels, dish towel

though advertised, there was no spa available for massages, etc

the spa was not available due to covid-19

the pool and bar are the cherry to top of the cake, the food is fantastic and i enjoyed the best pina

once it rained, the parking lot became muddy

restaurant and bar are both excellent

literally walked out our door and onto the beach for a morning surf sesh and then relaxed in the pool afterwards

no one there leaks in bathroom and no wifi

they do not have a spa on location so it makes it complicated to get massage.

m a non- golfer and would have liked more options for hiking and ecotourism on the hotel grounds and in the

the golf course was almost as spectacular

they could have some service in the swimming pool, to order drinks, towels etc

first they didn't have the key of our room and then the golf cart to take us to our villa wasn't available

for our stay (it was midweek of the thanksgiving holiday), was filled with families with young kids

only thing i will add to the place is an early night or late evening kids 5 to 12 years old staff supervised

gave us room service with food and drinks because the restaurant was closed
