the halls smelled like a crack house with all the smoking going on in a non smoking area

bit smelly, especially in the hallway (smell of smoking)

get it the smoking rooms will have burn holes but just really the only turn off was the burns on the tables,

private safe nobody messes with anyone and they have smoking rooms
