got accused 3 times and profiled for smoking in the hotel room

hot water night 1 and night 2, no elevator, a/c, wifi, hot water or parking access all day/night

had issues with room service, and i wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

i did not get my smoking room i booked

although the first room i was assigned was non-smoking, there was some other very strong and unpleasant odor

couldn't sleep because of the pungent smoking smell

fact that you have to have a deposit even though you booked online a deposit of $100 for a non-smoking room and
