got accused 3 times and profiled for smoking in the hotel room

hot water night 1 and night 2, no elevator, a/c, wifi, hot water or parking access all day/night

had issues with room service, and i wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

plus, the no-pet policy posted at their cashier counter was not what i expected, since i specifically looked

we had smoking room it could be cleaner (ashes from cigarettes on the desk), dirty sheets, small and not

had a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke
