rude when we got there they wouldn't listen to us i had a ground floor room that was for smoking reserved drove

i chose non smoking room but the room is had was clearly for smokers .

room, noise, smoking next to my room, cockroaches in the room, no extra toilet tissue, no free breakfast,

no wifi although it was advertised rooms didn't look like pictures

there wifi is literally so outdated it is set to use a standard that my laptop refuses to connect to

was a smoking room available which was great as it was pouring rain and going outside to smoke would have

antonio at the front desk was very polite and found a non smoking room for me

even the non smoking room had some scent of smoke in it
