a lot of people are smoking in the area, when yo are taking sunbath close to the pool, and someone is smoking

on desk not helpful or friendly all other staff bar pool area amazing we arrived and had to pay another

the swimming pool children can t use the swimming toys, like ring , ball,that not right, they not enjoy stuff

the use of the whole complex, very relaxing. the kids mini disco and entertainment were great

the rooms, the staff, cleaning service, the spa, attention to kids - all just great, multiplied by the sunny

the reception staff, restaurant staff, spa and house keeping, all lovely and friendly

there was some poor wifi connection in the room.
