wifi was a bit flakey at times.

the suit lacked the appropriate supplies for the kitchen(silverware, dishsoap, rags, etc)

had no issues with the tv/wifi, and staff were pleasant to work with

we arrived there was no one at the front desk for like 20 minutes, no wifi info in the room, no robe, shower

i accidently order a smoking room and am a non smoker

the window, there were some sugar ants in the bathroom, and cigarette burns on the tub in a non smoking room

at the front desk was curtious and very helpful he took my smoking room and upgraded me to a non-smoking room

requested a non smoking room but the reservation said smoking

no more smoking in the courtyard

a smoking room at first when i asked for non-smoking

i was in a no smoking room and the smell of marijuana was so over powering also the floors was nasty the beds

initially i booked a smoking room but there was no fridge or microwave so i changed to a non smoking room when

happy they had a smoking room

one lamp was literally smoking when plugged in maintenance response was they don't have another

comfortable beds nice pool option for smoking room

guests not abiding to the no smoking rules at the pool

didn't like that when i was checking in they didn't have me with a non-smoking until i fussed with the rep that

the second problem is that smoking is allowed in too many open areas of the property, so that a cloud of smoke

bed wasnt very comfortable, for the room being non smoking we still smelled smoke and the staff didnt know much
