instant strong smoking smell as soon as came in front door

big thing was the smell in room 118, the room was posted as none smoking but i think people must be smoking

dirty hallways, people smoking right outside doorways

i reserved a smoking room and was promised one everyday but did not get a smoking roommate

fact that i reserved a smoking room and when i got there

was supposed to be non-smoking room, yet the room reeked of cigarettes
