smoking smell in the room

it had a fridge, microwave, smoking and pets allowed and a small but nice outdoor pool.

the lady next door kept smoking next to the a/c unit, and leaving a makeshift ashtray next to it also

non- smoking room had a lingering smell of stale air, but room was clean

the only drawback is that although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, someone definitely smoked in it

my booking clearly stated non smoking king, i was given a non smoking double
