smoking smell in the room

it had a fridge, microwave, smoking and pets allowed and a small but nice outdoor pool.

the lady next door kept smoking next to the a/c unit, and leaving a makeshift ashtray next to it also

non- smoking room had a lingering smell of stale air, but room was clean

the only drawback is that although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, someone definitely smoked in it

my booking clearly stated non smoking king, i was given a non smoking double

a lot of it came from the smoking guests in the next door room that was also designated non-smoking

couple of days before to confirm my reservation at which time she pointed out that i had booked a smoking room

staff was nice. jimmy gave me a non smoking room since i accidentally booked a smoking.

facility allows smoking and even though i selected a non smoking room a noticeable aroma was present

following my stay i was not given my deposit back because i allegedly smoked in a non smoking room

i mistakenly requested smoking room; was accommadated 2 non-smoking room & apologized 2 that it was on 2nd

the housekeeper was smoking outside our door and when i opened my door
