we enjoyed our stay. it was convenient and the grandkids loved the pool

my only issues are the lack of grab bars in the showers and non smoking rooms reek of smoke

kitchenettes sink wasn't connected, the stove had no been maintained, the bed was uncomfortable and

the room was kind of musty, but the property did have laundry facilities, which we needed exactly that night

kitchenette, no pots, cooking,utensils or silverware as listed, broke nasty refrigerator, my son

we booked a queen size non smoking and the man behind the desk said he would put us on 3rd floor

there were roaches and someone on the floor i was on was smoking something illegal.

that they have smoking rooms.

the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we had a non smoking room, it smelled terrible

had good quality smoking rooms and cable

so glad we switched rooms because the first smoking room smelled like an ashtray

there were also cigarette burns in our blankets and we were in a non-smoking room

i got a lecture about a 250 fine fore smoking in a non-smoking room before check in and don't smoke

scary, terrible neighborhood. shady deals made in the parking lot.

location--was kind of hard to get to; had to go through taco bell or dairy queen parking lot

the beds were comfortable and their parking lot was very well lit.

it s no laundry on site and no phone to call front desk if it s a emergency

parking, no clock in room & had trouble with keys, breakfast selection was slim & unappealing.

cute kitchen, comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast.

was a beautiful room, comfortable bed and loved the fact that there were a kitchen and everything needed to cook

the breakfast they offered was hands down the best free breakfast i have ever had at a hotel

lady lied and said there were no non -smoking rooms after asking me if i preferred smoking or non

pet friendly

the bathroom floor was full of water and filthy, the room smell like old dirty laundry

we originally requested for room service breakfast

ample parking place and great restaurants around too

the breakfast bar was amazing!

you basically had to make an immediate u-turn or weave the parking lots to get anywhere
