i've never tried the breakfast, some milk and toast doesn't float my boat

hotel advertises continental breakfast but is not offered and has not been offered within the last 6 months of

no breakfast

bed or serviced room other than trash and towels, soap dispensers in room empty, pool closed, no breakfast,

also, website said it came with continental breakfast

m they have an undefined pet policy

room smell stale for a non-smoking room

was non smoking but had an odor, not really like smoke but it did smell

younger man at nights was rude as hell, people either upstairs or downstairs was smoking weed in the bathroom

the non-smoking room only had a very very slight old tobacco scent to it

staff was rude and not friendly. pool closed. no smoking area. no place outside to sit.

then with an attitude told my boyfriend no smoking in the room-he wasn t he was standing outside

was broken, the walls were filthy, there was no shampoo or conditioner, no ashtrays in a smoking room

also, i paid for a smoking room but had to go outside to smoke, not inside room

the people next door smoking weed, and when brought to management attention nothing was done

furniture out side of room, parking wasn't great

wifi didn't work and staff hung up on me when i called about it

continental breakfast consisted of 1/2 dozen slices of white bread and waffles, 1 gallon bottle of milk and

they were pet friendly for a small fee which was fine with us as many places are no longer pet friendly

location, cleanliness, breakfast food options/quality, awesome room and great guest service

the laundry room is out of order but there are filthy clothes on the floor

smelled horrible like smoke and weed, the rooms look like they have been abandon, and where your laundry gets

also it would be nice to have access to the laundry room

the room smelled like smoke. need better odor control for the smoking rooms

room marked non smoking on the door but an ash tray in the room and room smelled like

two giant cockroaches. we were in none smoking and found a cig.

need to keep the long time residents from hanging out front and sitting on the front steps smoking at the front

there were cigarette burns in the bedding in a non-smoking room.

room was very comfortable and quiet. safe location, well lit parking lot. staff was very nice.

t like that the bar is not open on weekends due to most of my traveling being those days but other than that

i understand the need to make sure people don't smoke in non smoking rooms or have pets they did not advise of

glad there were smoking rooms available

that s the smoking room had a smell where i couldn t sleep it had a loud smell

things were dusty and even though i had a non smoking room it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

the manager berry offered us an early check in rate when i told him the reason for our stay

lobby had verry strong order, asked for no -smoking room the room reeked of smoke and pot

were a little stained with burn holes but is was a smoking room so that's nothing out of the ordinary other than

took too long for wifi sign on and poor comfort since only seating was bed.

the tv didn't even work and that was after trying to connect it to wifi 4 times

pool water was almost hot

don't like that the hot water seems to go out every few days and tbe washers in the laundry room don't

also the pool was not very clean

i requested was taken into consideration i was given a third floor smoking room i have two small dogs one has

location, smoking room didn t stink, good value, asked and was allowed to check out an hour later then

kitchen and room were very clean even though i had requested a non-smoking ground floor and was given a third

people were arguing it seemed like a drug hang out in the parking lot

roaches, key wouldn't work for laundry door

would have made sense in a college town if we were not choice members and had a history of smoking and/or

the room smelled like it may have been a smoking room at one point

wifi worked perfect

the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, eggs and sausage actually looked and tasted freshly prepared

the wifi was good although i wish there was an ethernet option
