we could not sleep because disgusting smoking smell

we were given a room for smokers despite requesting a non-smoking room specifically, got told

when arriving late evening, i was offered the only available room on the premises, a smoking room

was under the impression california had a 100% no-smoking hotel room law, but this room made me question that

no good wifi, no mineral water, and no good towel,no coffee
