the staff was very good! wifi worked well. they have kitchen and kind of warm water

sitting area used by the guests in the rooms that share the single bathroom also seems to be the smoking area

it would be nice if the restaurant area was no smoking

wifi is good, too

garden setting, excellent breakfast, lovely hosts and good location - easy 10 mins walk into town

felix is a gentleman, love the place. breakfast excellent
