clean room nice pool friendly staff

we got early check in and extended parking facility at the hotel

the daughter allowed us a late check out at no additional cost and the father (shakie) let us park in the lot

not all the sprays on spa bath worked

i had booked a room with the heart shaped spa tub and forgot my bubble bath

cigarette smoke can be felt in the lobby albeit that was not such a big issue once you get a non-smoking room

close proximity to canadian border, smoking allowed in casino, free drinks in casino, plenty of amenities, great

entrance from the main parking lot brought you right by the smoking section of the casino

too much smoking

negative was that casino and restaurants are on the main lobby floor where of course smoking is allowed so for

nice location, pool for kids. nice stuff friendly and clean atmosphere

clean comfortable nice staff and good pool and gym facilities

the kids loved it

no free breakfast and no laundry service

she forgot to put in our app order, was not attentive w/drinks & i had to go to the bar myself, which was not
