clean room nice pool friendly staff

we got early check in and extended parking facility at the hotel

the daughter allowed us a late check out at no additional cost and the father (shakie) let us park in the lot

not all the sprays on spa bath worked

i had booked a room with the heart shaped spa tub and forgot my bubble bath

some guests who don't read signs, no smoking in the pool area or patio..

we got there, and were checking in, they let us see the initial room we had, which was a smoking room, and my

i love we got a non-smoking room

supposed to be non smoking

in and front desk was really helpful in getting us into a different room because we booked a smoking room without

we got a smoking room cause were bad people like that, and when i opened the door the first time it didnt

has nothing to do with the hotel, but someone in a room close to ours was smoking cigarettes'it was no smoking

negative was that casino and restaurants are on the main lobby floor where of course smoking is allowed so for

the casino was non-smoking with a enclosed smoking area for smokers, instead of a smaller area that it has now

smoking bad in casino

close to casino and the falls, greetings from the staff, cookies, very well kept.

we loved the exercise and pool area

everything was great food,room,gym,pool & jacuzzi

view on the river + great heated swimming pool

very attetive bar staff too
