the pools are beautiful and generally quiet and the pool staff esp jorge and miguel were very attentive

the kids loved the water slide

such as surfing, fishing, diving or circling, well instructed and friendly personnel, high-speed wifi, a lot of

grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants

because the food at the restaurants was so excellent, i considered the room service food to be lacking

breakfast was wonderful

had breakfast in the room on the terrace

texting the butlers when we wanted our complimentary coffee delivered and room service was a delight

breakfast was great

renee at catina restaurant was an amazing waiter, all of our butlers were really great, the gym was good

designated smoking area too close to our room

also, the listing states casa love is a non-smoking property, yet some guests persistently smoked in

she stress the fact of no smoking on property and not making loud noises which is totally understandable but

pigeons kept trying to get in and the wifi didn t work in the room.

wifi didn't work when i was there, which just meant the tiny bit of online work i had to do was

like the photos and nice pool too

very friendly staff. nice pool and walking distance from town.

it's what we love most about bucerias classic property, cute pool and outdoor garden kitchen, ac in the

the room was a very good size, with a kitchen and living/dining area separate from the sleeping areas

it's what we love most about bucerias classic property, cute pool and outdoor garden kitchen, ac in the

kitchen with all you need to prepare food
