i know it was a smoking room but really

location, smoking room availability, bed was comfortable.

the bathroom door had damage to it the bedding had burn holes in it and we requested a non-smoking room

although we payed for a non smoking room, there was an ashtray in the room and the smell was horrible

we asked for a non-smoking room (even says so on the receipt) but got a smoking room

asked for a non smoking and i'm pretty positive we got smoking rooms

my request for a ground floor, non-smoking room was honored

there were not a lot of options at breakfast compared to other townplace suites that i have stayed at before

this mini kitchen. i liked that i didn't have to eat out. i was able to cook a meal in the room
