booked a smoking room but did not get it

they had some smoking rooms

reserved a non-smoking room and when i arrived it stank of cigarettes

room and bed nice and comfortable. has smoking rooms.

love the fact they are pet friendly

room supposed to be non smoking

the room i was given was a smoking and i requested none smoking and it smelled bad

though, that i misunderstood the desk worker which, i'm pretty sure, is how i ended up with a smoking

the bathroom smelled like someone smoked there and it was a no smoking room

i requested a smoking room and i did have one but there was no ashtray so i had to purchase one from the dollar
