i booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room

we like the fact that it has a small kitchen

gave me a smoking room and my asthma flared up i literally had to go pay for a different hotel

is very very rude and unprofessional, my room had dead bugs everywhere and the wifi password that was given to

friendly, super comfortable, very clean and enjoyed the spa tub....very happy about everything

pool wasn't open...property messy...garbage everywhere.
