i booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room

we like the fact that it has a small kitchen

description says hot breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all.

they had electrical problems so they didn t have any breakfast and they had roaches

room was hot,it took half the night to cool off,they have a cockroach problem and wifi is poor

warm welcome at reception room comfortable and clean smoking rooms available

i would have liked a yogurt choice and a granola choice at the breakfast bar.
