the outdoor pool was not heated

again all staff are very good , from the reception , to cleaners , bar and reataurant ,5* to all of them

wifi didn't reach the bedrooms on the fifth floor which was disappointing, as free wifi had been

but there is a gym next door but it s very expensive - food at restaurant is good, same with room service

breakfast was excellent with lots being cooked fresh so no cold congealed eggs

no breakfast provided by the hotel as stated in the booking very disappointed.

staff, not working internet, not worth the money, booked room with breakfast but we didn't receive it

is a great place to stay, big pool nice breakfast, staff are kind and professional

the front desk printed off my boarding pass was helpful and a lovely lady, the gentleman who did breakfast was

we had a much better room than our previous stay with access to the outside and pool area

the kids club needs improvement

when booking with the palace you also get access to the gym and indoor pool / sauna

liked the location and a great spot to relax after driving for a week with my kids
