enjoyed the pool area

lack of waitresses on the casino floor and no bar in the pool area.

my room did not have a microwave and the wifi was not working

it says they have room service which they do not

we go there for the arcade and kidquest to watch the kids while i relaxed.

i had requested a queen size bed; but was given a double, although the room was non-smoking like i wanted

we were given a smoking room even though i requested nonsmoking

the casino came and picked you up and brought you back at anytime.

wifi was no signal, cable tv sucked. bathroom needed to be stocked with soap, shampoo, etc.

literally looking in our van through the window ended up leaving and getting a better room at the casino

the toilet paper roll, had smoke ashes on it, people are smoking weed out front and on the second floor

person that was supposed to be at the front desk was at the door smoking when my mom and i arrived

smell smoke in the hallway as if people were smoking in it

paid $20 more to have a smoking room on booking

the room and hall smelled like smoke. i thought it was a non smoking facility.
