asked for non smoking and got a smoking room

i booked 2 non smoking rooms but when i got there they had to give me a smoking room

had cigarette burns (got a non smoking room)

it was a smoking room which we did not ask

the bed was a king size bed to stay in and it was a smoking room like i had asked for online stay and the

bbq pitt, location and plenty of parking

it was located conveniently close to where i needed to stay. large parking lot. friendly staff.

for late check out when booked and didn't get it when we got there bc someone forgot to write it on our
