asked for non smoking and got a smoking room

i booked 2 non smoking rooms but when i got there they had to give me a smoking room

had cigarette burns (got a non smoking room)

it was a smoking room which we did not ask

the bed was a king size bed to stay in and it was a smoking room like i had asked for online stay and the

appreciate that they care about and upkeep their rooms, however i do think the smoking rooms deserve just as

manager did some last minute room switches at check in so we could go have non smoking rooms
