staff let us get in early and switched from a smoking room to a nonsmoking room for us

they have smoking rooms

like that there were smoking rooms available on the main floor

we were close to the smoking area which drifted to our non smoking area

the kitchenette, it gave us the ability to cook our own food.

ate in the bar which was freezing, as was the food shortly after it arrived at the table

they got there they didn t even have my booking (this is the second time this has happened) the bar downstairs

no hotel staff. had to go into a dive bar (while the police were escorting someone out)

continental breakfast is miss-leading

disturb sign was hung on door, room is quite dirty, did not realize when booking the room was a smoking room,

we got a smoking room (which doesn't happen) as we r smokers and didn't have stand out in the wind, rain, we

chose for the first time on our cross country trip to book a smoking room
