no microwave in room and pool was cold
i requested early check in and they allowed it without hesitation
later room service would have been a plus. parking wasn t optimal.
*tons* of kids there that could have been occupied longer

front desk staff was friendly and accommodating with an early check in request
allowed a group of kids to hang in the hallway all night until 1am yelling and conversing
lobby/lounge was great. nice space to relax and talk with friends. pool kept the kids busy.
clean, quiet and the pool was clean and you need reservation to get into the pool...so safe

pool was very small,
we wanted to rest and with kids, it's good to have a place to land quickly
letting us know about bar hours in the hotel or where the gym and pool were when we check in
they showed a hot tub next the swimming pool,but there was'nt and the pool was too small.
the room was very nice and clean and so was the pool
