smoking room had tobacco odor

was kind of annoyed that i booked a non smoking room but because one wasn t available

was broken, bad smell in a non smoking room, dingy towels, burnt holes in the bedding, lighting was broken on

reservation said non smoking but and i got a room that reik in cigarettes

didn t like having cigarette burns in the blanket and bedspread- i had a non smoking room

walking problems so we always ask for a lower floor room on the booking as our preference either smoking or not

room was smelling cigarette smoke when l checked in which was supposed to non smoking

i was allowed a smoking room

i wanted a 2bed non smoking 1st floor room

this was a non smoking room, but still has the faint smell of cigarette smoke in it

pool was closed

laundry facilities on

didn't bother cleaning the pool at night or morning, the floors in the rooms were dirty

also the free wifi was not working for me

i wish the pool had longer hours.

unfortunately we were not able to enjoy nor the pool due to this pandemic we are under.

the fitness center/gym did not have a treadmill

they did not clean the gym at all

the pool was very cloudy and highly chlorinated. made my skin itchy.

all the doors open to the outside and the pool was out in the middle of the parking lot
